Returns Procedure

We aim to replicate the colours in the photos of the materials to be as true as we possibly can.

 

We pride ourselves on our customer service and hope that you are delighted with your purchase. However should you wish to return your order you can do so within 14 days of receiving it for an exchange or refund (excluding original postage). We recommend that you return the parcel using Special Delivery and ask that you phone or email us before posting so that we can expect it. The item must be returned unused and in its original packaging to:-

Please note that, under the DSRs, you are responsible for the full cost of returning any unwanted goods, unless the goods are faulty.

Moreover, you have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods you wish to return. you can therefore be held responsible for any damage occurring after you have received the goods, including during the return transport. 

Please make sure you return the goods within 14 days of receiving the goods and making sure the goods are  unused and undamaged, with the original box (as this will contribute to better protection of the items in transit). Should you return faulty items, please mention faults.

 

Once you have cancelled your order, you are entitled to a full refund. We will endeavour to reimburse your returned goods within thirty working days.

Should we receive returned goods without prior notice or beyond the time limits stated above, we reserve the right to refuse the goods or issue credit notes instead of refunds.
